Jonathan Tate Meagher

Tate Meagher has spent his entire life in the great Bluegrass state. Born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, he graduated from St. Xavier High School, where he captained the basketball team. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky and graduated cum laude from Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law.

Following law school, Tate began his career at an insurance defense law firm, representing insurance companies against individuals seeking compensation for their injuries. He later worked at a firm specializing in insurance subrogation and at a company focusing on healthcare compliance. After years of gaining valuable experience, Tate opened the Meagher Law Office to advocate for the rights of injured people. He now leverages his intimate knowledge of the insurance industry to secure maximum results for his clients.

The Meagher Law Office is dedicated to the loving memory of Tate’s older brother, Thad Meagher. Tate always admired Thad, who brought joy and laughter to everyone he met. Inspired by Thad’s ability to connect with people, the foundation of the Meagher Law Office is built on strong relationships and ensuring that every client receives dedicated attention.
