Keith Emmetsberger is an associate attorney dedicated to representing individuals who have been injured due to the negligence of others. Prior to joining the firm, Keith gained valuable experience in insurance defense, providing him with insight into how cases are evaluated and defended. This background allows him to anticipate opposing strategies and more effectively advocate on behalf of injured clients.

Keith attended law school at the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2025. Prior to attending law school, Keith received a bachelor’s degree in Sport Administration at the University of Louisville in 2015.

Born and raised in Kentucky, outside of the office, Keith enjoys reading, cooking, and watching his favorite sports teams, which frequently disappoint him.
