Meagher Injury Lawyers represents people hurt in accidents across Kentucky. We are small on purpose, so every client gets personal attention, clear answers, and an attorney who knows their case.
Our story
Tate Meagher started his career at an insurance defense firm, representing insurance companies against people who had been hurt. He later worked in insurance subrogation and healthcare compliance.
Those years showed him how claims are valued from the inside, and how often injured people are left confused, ignored, or underpaid. Many had never dealt with a lawyer or an insurance company before, and nobody explained what was happening.
He opened this firm to do the opposite: explain things plainly, stay in touch, and use what he learned on the other side to get clients treated fairly.
In memory of Thad Meagher
The firm is dedicated to Tate's older brother, Thad, who had a gift for connecting with people. That's the standard we try to meet with every client.

Where we are
We represent clients throughout Kentucky. If you can't get to an office, we can meet by phone, by video, or in person.
