David Mushlin
David W. Mushlin spent the first ten years of his legal career as an insurance defense litigation attorney. He represented some of the largest corporations in the world, and concentrated his practice on defending doctors, hospitals, nursing homes, and religious institutions throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
David attended law school at the University of Kentucky, where he earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. While there, he won the first intra-state mock trial tournament, and was a member of the Kentucky Law Journal. Prior to attending law school, David received a bachelor’s degree in French at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee.
As an FAA-certificated private pilot and avid motorcycle enthusiast, David is especially interested in motorcycle and aviation-related accidents. He has tried cases throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky, as well as in Kentucky’s Federal Courts..
