Charles B. Theodore
Personal Injury Lawyer
Charles B. Theodore
Charles B. Theodore is a Louisville personal injury attorney devoted to serving people who have been injured. Before entering private practice, Charles built a career in public service with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, where he led federal investigations, mediated disputes, and helped communities strengthen fairness and accountability standards in compliance with federal law.
That public service foundation continues to inspire Charles’ approach to injury law: putting people first and fighting for those who need a strong advocate by their side. Additionally, as a proud first generation American by way of the Caribbean islands, he understands the challenges many people face in navigating complex systems. This perspective drives his commitment in guiding clients through the intricacies of personal injury law with compassion and clarity – seeking to hold negligent parties accountable and securing justice for Kentucky families.
Originally from Atlanta, Charles now calls Louisville home with his wife and daughter. Outside the office, he loves watching sports, reading, and spending time with his family.
