Charles B. Theodore

Charles B. Theodore is a Louisville personal injury attorney devoted to serving people who have been injured. Before entering private practice, Charles built a career in public service with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, where he led federal investigations, mediated disputes, and helped communities strengthen fairness and accountability standards in compliance with federal law.

Additionally, as a proud first generation American by way of the Caribbean islands, he understands the challenges many people face in navigating complex systems. Originally from Atlanta, Charles now calls Louisville home with his wife and daughter. Outside the office, he loves watching sports, reading, and spending time with his family.
